"We love Branson Towers and have stayed there many times. Great breakfast, tea/hot chocolate station, comfortable beds. The only improvement I could suggest is fitted bottom sheets that actually fit - ours were so tight they kept popping off the mattress at the corners."

"Horrible. Desk staff gave a key to my room to another guest. In the middle of the night, while my wife and I were in a dead sleep, we were awoken with an intruder in our room. Had we not had the safety lock on, things may have gone quite differently then they did. Spoke to the staff and the manager, Kyle. He DID NOTHING and made light of the situation. If you want to be safe, do not stay here. "

"The room was very clean and nice but the air conditioner didnt work great for the hotter days on Wednesday and Thursdays. Our room was pretty warm but we managed. Dont like to complain. "

"Stayed here over 10 years ago and recently just came back for a weekend trip. The room was clean, beautiful and spacious. We stayed in the hotel part of the resort which had elevators and luggage/shopping carts for bringing things upstairs. Lots of great amenities for everyone without having to leave the property as well as several food options. Check in was fast and easy and parking was easy to find close to our room. I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone wanting to go to SDC or be on the outside of the Branson strip. "

"Everything was very nice, very clean. Staff was very polite . Only 2 problems. Pillows were the absolutely worst pillows i have ever had at a hotel. They were extremely hard and very over filled. It was literally like teying to lay your head on a big rock. 2nd problem was a sever lack of parking. "

"This was our second stay at the Suites at Fall Creek. During our first stay, we had an updated one bedroom condo, which was fabulous. This most recent stay, we had an older one bedroom condo that wasn’t quite as nice, but it was still a really good value. I was missing the updated bathroom this time, but once I figured out how to turn down the pressure on the shower head, it was all good. We enjoyed the pool, playground, and putt putt golf course. I’ve had no complaints about either of our stays, and I’ve had no issues with the $200 safety deposit dropping off my card after checking out. The staff has always been great, too. I’m sure we’ll be back again! Side note: make sure you try the Mexican restaurant located in front of The Suites. It’s delicious!"
