「If you have to check in after the office is closed you have to call a number to get a code, the lady who answered the call was very patient while i was getting my room key! Staff was great and helpful with answering questions and the place was very clean! I can see myself staying again in the future.」

「The resort is a timeshare push. From the moment you check in, they are trying to sell a timeshare. We chose this property due to the water park and it was closed during our stay. The house was worn out and dated (paint faded, wood rot, interior doors loose). I wouldn’t recommend. There are much better options in Branson. I wish I would have looked at reviews closer before booking. It looks like once capital vacations took over it went downhill.」

「The property was in excellent condition. However, the minor details we found in our unit upon arrival and we reported to the front desk were not addressed during our stay. Other than that, this is a very quite area with very nice access to the lake and parks very close to to it. I recommend it.」

「When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. 「This property is located on an industrial cut-de-sac making it noisy. The photos of the property make it look much nicer than it is. Most guests were construction workers so there was a lot of activity early in the morning. The coffee pot was unusable to use due to baked on coffee, was not able to clean it off. The air conditioner loud and the beds creaked whenever we moved. We chose this location because of its proximity to Marcy hospital. It was not what we were expecting in comfort. ...

「We really liked the cabin and its location to 76 Music Blvd. It was decorated very nicely. The layout was difficult because we had a 2 year old toddler and the cabin has stairs going up from the main level and stairs going down from the main level. I should have paid closer attention to the pictures. The cabin only had 5 chairs at the table so everyone couldn't sit together for a meal. The cabin can sleep 10 but there are not enough plates and utensils for that many people. It would be a great...
