「Typical motel shower that drained slowly, leaving me standing in a couple inches of water. Very put out about that condition. Breakfast very ordinary and below expectations.」

「The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...

「It is an older building. Though the cleanliness, staff and breakfast are worth booking a stay here. The pool area is nice as is the patio area.」

「The floor in our room was so dirty that we had to wash our feet before we got into bed. The rest seemed fairly clean. The lady that checked us in was awesome, but the next morning when our key wouldn't let us in the breakfast room the lady was a bit cranky. So it was an ok visit.」

「Overall was a good motel for the price. One thing I always judge a hotel/motel by is their air conditioning. Seemed like the room I stayed in, it would run 20 minutes and kick off. Had it set in 60, and was no where near that in the room. It wasnt hot, but we went and bought a fan to keep us cooler. Room was clean but the mattresses needs replaced. I think the mattresses were older spring type mattresses that seemed past their prime and needed replaced. Pool was kinda small but clean. Our room...

「It was a nice property, clean, helpful staff, super close to everything. Walking distance to Walmart or McDonalds. The room, beds and bathroom were super clean. I like that they have the indoor and outdoor pool. We also used the washer and dryer, the price was not bad and they were cleaned-easy to use. You can’t go wrong with the included breakfast! It was a nice stay, definitely going back to Grand Oaks Hotel!!」
