Check in(Ramona) was very pleasant experience. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Only negative was insufficient lighting for vanity. Breakfast good with multiple options. We always try to stay here while visiting in Springfield.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the specialty coffee machine in the lobby. Breakfast was fine and well monitored and maintained. The only thing of concern was the air conditioner in our room though cooling sufficiently was extremely noisy when the compressor kicked on. It was fine when just the fan was blowing but was loud enough to overpower the tv when it kicked into cool. Other than that we enjoyed our two night stay and will stay here again on our frequent trips to Springfield
