「Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this property. We arrived around 6:00 PM to check in, only to be told our room wasn’t ready due to severe understaffing. The staff asked us to return in about an hour, so we went to dinner and came back over two hours later—only to find the room still wasn’t ready.
After waiting an additional hour in the lobby with my three exhausted children, we were informed that third-party bookings had overbooked the hotel and our reserved three-bed...

「The staff were pleasant, but the facilities were run down. The breakfast in the morning was good and the staff working that were very good. Our room was only okay. The door had about an inch gap all the way around except by the hinges. When you can see light from the hallway, that isn't very good. Also, the towels were very rough. However, the worst was the pool and the spa. We specifically chose this hotel for those items. We thought the granddaughters would really enjoy them....
