Have stayed here for over 20 years--noticed this time rooms (while superficially clean) carpets were not vacuumed nor kitchen tile cleaned upon arrival. 「Muy mal servicio mi reservación la tenía desde el domingo al salir el martes cuando llegó a hacer check-in estaba cerrado el domingo no había ningún teléfono para comunicarme con ello y tenían que estar enviarme un código el cual no lo resivi hasta el lunes Tuve que hacer otra reservación en otro hotel el lunes pasé por este hotel y tuve muy mala experiencia y pésima actitud y muy mal comportamiento de parte del personal no lo recomiendo .」
