We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. 「No pool or hot tub here even when 3rd party hotel sites state otherwise and a sign in the room also states, otherwise HDMI ports on the back of the TV were loose. So couldn't really use them to connect to anything WI. Fi was extremely slow, aside from that staff was really helpful. The breakfast was decent, yeah.」

「Our room was generally clean but floor corners in bathroom area could use a little more cleaning. Bed was very comfortable. Kept hearing a strange noise during the night and thought it was the ductwork making funny noises; my husband discovered the sound was actually coming from the metal pedestal beneath the bed, which made clunking noises whenever someone rolled over or got in or out of bed! Much noise came from room above due to people walking around! Overall, not a super restful night....
