「Skip staying at this property. Not as advertised.」

「Room clean, good parking, beds sucked though and we had a worker walk in even though we had our do not disturb tag up and my daughter was in the middle of getting dressed and we also got locked out of our room an hour early. 」

「This place is disgusting. From day one, things were off. Dirty carpets, dusty ledges, and a weird smell in the room. I let the front desk know about the smaller issues and they seemed to have cleared the smell and nothing else. On the third day, I was greeted by a COCKROACH in the room. I quickly shook out all my belongings, packed them up, and got them in the car and told the clerk that I was checking out immediately. He said that he was unable to do that and the GM would need to take care of...

「The front desk woman was very kind. The hotel was generally run down and dingy. Threadbare carpet. Stained walls. Broken shower walls. Don’t believe the Expedia listing or in room placards: there is not a hot tub. 」
