"We return regularly to this fav hotel. It’s located just north of Farmington, out of the busy noisy area. Very quiet & small in size with very nice amenities; right up our alley. My only minor complaint is with Richard at the front desk. This isn’t out first visit where he’s really lacking customer service/friendly attitude. Not a good first impression. I had to return to the front desk 4 times to get a working key. Although Richard eventually resolved the issue, he didn’t seem to care &...

"They were extremely busy at breakfast and was continually out of food and took a long time to get it refilled."

"We were in rm 101 right next to the stairs. They are carpeted but people drag their suitcases down them and at 6am, pretty annoying. "
