"Stay was great! Conveniently located near expressway, many restaurants within walking distance, perfectly suited for our overnight stay after show at the Fisher. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have parking provided, but not surprised due to being in a city setting; although happy that we were able to use the parking structure attached to building. Would stay again if in the area in the future. "

"They switched us from times square to new central but the communication was up to date and excellent! The space they put us in was fantastic. we only had 2 issues: 1. I made it apparent that there were 3 guests, but we only got one key fob. 2. Our living room table broke the first night after putting only a plate and cup on it. Not getting security deposit back obviously "

"The property is located in a sketchy area of town. When entering/exiting we often found that there were people hanging around on the sidewalk or just waiting in cars near the building. Thankfully, we had no issues with any of them, but it was a bit concerning. The building itself doesn't have great curb appeal and is clearly quite old. "Sonder was in a great location for walking to places downtown. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The front desk staff was helpful. Unfortunately, Sonder put a FedEx address for picking up mail that didn’t exist and it cost me quite a bit of time and money to pick up my mail in a timely manner which was sent outside of Detroit. This is clearly their mistake and I feel they should compensate me for their error. Have a nice stay…just don’t ever need anything to be sent to you."
