We booked the property ahead of time, the property called the morning of our stay to let us know our room was not available due to a repair and would love us to 2 or more rooms at no charge. We asked for rooms together and they said absolutely. Then when we arrived, our rooms were on completely different floors. Everyone was very kind, it just seemed like a lack of communication. Everything worked out and we ended up getting rooms at least on the same floor. "

They emailed me BK immediately they were giving me what I asked for then after checking in which was great experience, he was so respectful then the wf called my room in a few mins to see that I was ok.
