「好👌，近机场 ，但是没有机场穿梭巴士，不是很方便去机场。比较安静，房间干净整洁，宽敞舒适，有厨房，可以自己煮饭。总体来说还是不错的，值得入住。」

「Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.」

「The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. Maintenance came in made a mess in the bathroom for the guest to clean up and the breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches sold separately coffee was never available although there was a pot 」

「I was told the bar and restaurant would be open while we there, it was closed because of no staff, No Airport shuttle service, No fresh water, it was left over from the night before, No coffee, We parked in hotel parking, It was snowing horribly for days, we got stuck in parking because nobody had shoveled or plowed, And not a tow truck came to help us,」

「The hotel and room were very nice. Only issues were that they said they offered coffee and hot water in the reception area but the hot water dispenser was empty the whole time I stayed there and I saw no coffee. The room was overpriced.」
