「Recently renovated, room was clean and very comfortable. We were glad to have the kitchenette and we are looking forward to the restaurant reopening.」

「Missing blinds on the window coverings. Hole in the bedroom door. Room did not appear to have been cleaned well. Front desk could not find our reservation and when he did told us our room was on the second floor inside. Had to return to the front desk to find out it was outside on the first floor. Paid for a room with two beds. Received a room with one queen bed. Entire property needs a face lift. Expect more for $350 per night.」

There is no in-room coffee maker, no continental breakfast, very RARELY is the front desk staffed, the window coverings in the rooms are in dire need of replacing, housekeeping is by request only and then only if the message gets passed on. 「Very quaint hotel in downtown Ketchikan. We were able to walk to dinner AND breakfast. Room was small and had a little trouble adjusting the water in the shower. Bed very comfortable. Employees very responsive and helpful when we needed a cab or had any questions.」
