「After having a horrible experience at Alaska Hotel and bar the night before, this hotel saved the day!! From the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming and so kind. Check in was smooth, set up for our airport shuttle the next day was perfect. The room was clean and cozy. It did get a bit hot but they provided 2 fans for us. 「Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Even though this is an older hotel, it is clean, quiet and comfortable for a 1-2 night stay. It is close to a restaurant for breakfast and easy access to bus service into town.」

「Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.」

「At first we were taken aback at what appeared to be a no frills hotel. As it turned out, we were very comfortable in our spacious suite. The two queen beds were very comfortable. It was nice having the living room, kitchen and full-sized laundry machines even though we didn't use them. If you have a car and plan to spend a few days in the Juneau area this is a perfect place to stay. The location is NOT CENTRALLY located in town. You need to be healthy and like to walk.
