「After having a horrible experience at Alaska Hotel and bar the night before, this hotel saved the day!! From the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming and so kind. Check in was smooth, set up for our airport shuttle the next day was perfect. The room was clean and cozy. It did get a bit hot but they provided 2 fans for us. 「We loved this property. We are walkers so we didn’t mind the 22 minute walk to the main touristy area. The hotel doesn’t look like much on the outside, but the interior is completely remodeled. We loved all the high end finishes. I especially loved the comfy bed, pillows, and large bathroom/shower. We had a sea facing view which was noisy due to the hwy, but we walked 12 miles + per day, so we fell asleep even with the noise level. We would stay again!」

「They were super helpful with picking us up from the ferry station, which was great because we had a lot of luggage! The place is beautifully Alaska and has amazing views from the deck!」

「This was an ideal stay. The staff was incredible and accommodated every request. We even needed to do laundry and they drove us to a different hotel to do so. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved the airport shuttle and downtown shuttle.」

「A little out of town, so nice to have restaurant and bar on site. Only issue we had was delayed transportation once in town. Told to wait at one place, but different person did pickup and location was different, so waited 2 hours for shuttle.」
