「I was on my first trip to Juneau, solo. My suite was very clean, which I really appreciate. Staff was so kind and helpful. I picked the front desk staffs’ brains several times about best ways to get somewhere, good, etc. and never once did they act like they minded or I was being a bother. The other staff was also friendly and top-notch Coffee in the lobby was a nice plus, as was the airport shuttle. It’s a little walk into town, but not bad at all. I really loved my stay, highly recommend...

「This was an ideal stay. The staff was incredible and accommodated every request. We even needed to do laundry and they drove us to a different hotel to do so. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved the airport shuttle and downtown shuttle.」

「All staff we encountered at the front desk where very helpful. The replies to emails were answered immediately. Amenities were excellent, beyond expectation. We were driven to the airport using the personal car of the lady staff when the shuttle wasnt available. Beds were great and comfortable. The only things that could improve is to name a landmark (bootleggers cafe) to find the office easily. And also can there be a way to remove the musty smell of the room? Might be coming from the...
