「Stayed 2 nights. Checked in late afternoon and didn't realize until the next day ac unit wasn't blowing cold air. Phone on nightstand wasn't connected to wall outlet. There was no wall outlet available due to remodel contractor deleting it! Second night was very warm and maintenance supervisor went to Costco and bought 2 fans. Requested a different room but they were overbooked.」

「This hotel is newly renovated and is possibly the nicest hotel in Juneau. The new owners put a lot into this. Rooms are spacious. All counters, desks headboard were handmade with locally sources lumber. Beds are comfy. Nice little kitchenette in each room. I would definitely stay here again and you should too.」

「Missing blinds on the window coverings. Hole in the bedroom door. Room did not appear to have been cleaned well. Front desk could not find our reservation and when he did told us our room was on the second floor inside. Had to return to the front desk to find out it was outside on the first floor. Paid for a room with two beds. Received a room with one queen bed. Entire property needs a face lift. Expect more for $350 per night.」

We even had to do a very early morning shuttle at 3 AM for our flight and they accommodated that early time AND included offering us homemade breakfast burritos to take with us because we would be missing the continental breakfast. There is no in-room coffee maker, no continental breakfast, very RARELY is the front desk staffed, the window coverings in the rooms are in dire need of replacing, housekeeping is by request only and then only if the message gets passed on.
