「From check in to checkout our experience there was phenomenal. They were super receptive on the phone to answer questions about their shuttle service. We even had to do a very early morning shuttle at 3 AM for our flight and they accommodated that early time AND included offering us homemade breakfast burritos to take with us because we would be missing the continental breakfast. 「Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.」
