「If I could give this place 10 stars. I would. While the place is extremely clean. And has everything you need for your travels. The stars are for the staff. Chole ( check in clerk). Absolutely amazing. Friendly and all around good person. Charlotte ( Breakfast ) again Friendly and very polite. Dalton (Security) just amazing. Trying to help us find the northern lights. 「The staff was amazing and the beds were comfortable! The rooms are a little dark and dated but it gave a real Juneau vibe. No fan in the bathroom was strange and made the room slightly unpleasant at times. No hot tub was a bummer and the breakfast included with your stay was just granola bars and coffee. So having McDonald’s next door was convenient.」
