The staff was amazing! The hotel is newly renovated and the restaurant is being renovated. It is about a 20-25 minute walk to downtown Juneau. I would stay here again.

This hotel is newly renovated and is possibly the nicest hotel in Juneau. The new owners put a lot into this. Rooms are spacious. All counters, desks headboard were handmade with locally sources lumber. Beds are comfy. Nice little kitchenette in each room. I would definitely stay here again and you should too.

The staff went above and beyond when our flight was cancelled and we had to move our dates. They handled all our questions with kindness. Very excellent staff! The only negative would be the noise from the road but that is all.

We loved this property. We are walkers so we didn’t mind the 22 minute walk to the main touristy area. The hotel doesn’t look like much on the outside, but the interior is completely remodeled. We loved all the high end finishes. I especially loved the comfy bed, pillows, and large bathroom/shower. We had a sea facing view which was noisy due to the hwy, but we walked 12 miles + per day, so we fell asleep even with the noise level. We would stay again!

The room is spotless, and comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing. This is the best hotel in town. Nothing compares. I travel for work and have stayed at every hotel in Juneau. I will be picking this one every time from now on.

Newly renovated hotel with a small gym area and a beautiful sea view. The building may still be under construction in some areas. The floors or walls seem a bit thin, as we could hear people walking nearby. The sea view was lovely, but because the hotel is close to the main road, there was quite a bit of traffic noise. Overall, the hotel has potential and we still enjoyed our stay.

We were the first guests in the room while the majority of rooms were still undergoing renovation. The room was terrific! When the renovation is finished, this will definitely be the go to hotel in Juneau.

Very helpful, obviously in midst of a major remodel so some things in hallways and entrance still work in-progress, but room was very comfortable and clean and had a lot of features for the traveler, including space, refrigerator, microwave, basic dishes and utensils...and very helpful

Under renovation, this property still needs a good amount of work. No hotel laundry room for guests. I paid extra for a "premium" room with washer/dryer and full kitchen. Rooms on the 100 level are motel style, not connected to the lobby and gym. Rooms had nice view of the water, but we were also next to a construction dumpster. Washer and dryer are small, and dryer takes forever to work. So don't expect to get a whole lot of laundry accomplished. Full kitchen with fridge, microwave, and stove. Had plates, cups, and pans, but I had to ask for silverware. No cooking utensils at all. Room also noisy, as it's next to Glacier Highway. No breakfast, just green tea and a bit of coffee and creamer. There used to be a hotel restaurant, but it's also under renovation. I found chunks of plaster in the room and in their hotel gym. Could have done a better job cleaning. This hotel had so much potential and great reviews online. I wanted to like it, but it was definitely overpriced for what I received.

"From the moment our team stepped into Waterfront at The Glacier, we were treated with impeccable service at every turn. The staff were incredibly attentive, anticipating our teams needs before we even had to ask. Our room was clean, boasting stunning views of the waterfront as well as high-end amenities that made us feel at home. Overall, this is was wonderful hotel that gave our team 5-star experience - a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and outstanding hospitality."

The property has been renovated and the rooms are modern with wood accents and back lighting. The shower felt so good, especially after a full travel day. Absolutely loved the room. Very clean. The staff and manager were great. We had a sea view and enjoyed stepping out onto the balcony for the amazing view. Highly recommend.
