「Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.」

「I was delayed in Ketchikan for one night on a flight that was cancelled in Ketchikan due to fog in my desired destination. I booked my room on the app while I was still on the plane. When I got across from the airport on the ferry there was a shuttle that picked me and a number of other passengers up. It was past the hour when the shuttle usually ran, but the driver was willing to stay late to take 3 groups of passengers to the hotel. I was thrilled that I got a wonderful king suit with a gas...
