This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets. Location is right in the downtown area near all restaurants, shops, and public transit yet quite quiet. Our 3 night stay was excellent! Facility could use an update, but it was absolutely fine for us especially with the spacious room and king sized bed. Smart tv was a plus.

Nice hotel, rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. No microwave in room or breakfast included are a downside and only ice machine was broken but staff were happy to get ice for me.

Westmark was truly something special from the staff checking you in to the restaurant full of bubbly and inviting characters. The rooms were nice and because they were slow they let us check in early. Beautiful views all around!! If you are going to stay anywhere stay at westmark. Their restaurant was also absolutely amazing.

The Westmark was fine for one night. I would not want to stay here for a duration of time. It is old and outdated. Felt slightly unclean. But the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Way too expensive

The building is nice enough, if not a tad dated. Most troubling, however, is the $220 day charge; "day" being defined any time you arrive before 11AM - the check-out time. Both time I have had to arrive at about 11PM the night before. The Point, you pay $220 for less than 12 hours in the room. IN most of the world, a "day" lasts 24 hours. The hotel's policy need to change for late arriving persons.

Pickup at airport by hotel shuttle was excellent. Staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. The room, while very clean, was quite dated and smelled a bit strange but with the window open was much better. The bed was very nice and comfortable! Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the morning and so I was forced to wash as best I could with cold water. When reported to the front desk they simply said ‘sorry about that’ and that they were trying to get it fixed. No offer of a discount or some other concession, which would typically have been offered by a hospitality-focused hotel. The hot water was fixed by the end of the day and worked fine for the next two days. All in all, the accommodations were fine so long as expectations aren’t for anything other than a serviceable room.
