Staying at this hotel, I felt safe and there is plenty of parking. The building is secure and the staff onsite was amazing. They answered our questions we had at check-in. I will stay at this hotel again in the future.

Not a big deal, but trading out dirty towels for clean towels was a little inconvenient, especially if I didn’t remember to do it before leaving for the day and getting back late.

Great!

This is a pretty good hotel for Juneau. It is clean and safe and the rooms are spacious. The mattresses need to be replaced and an airport shuttle would be so helpful, but it’s a good value for the money and we will stay here again.
