「The staff at the Silverbow were incredibly helpful and kind. The property is amazing and quirky (in a good way). It's in an excellent location, very close to a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay.」

「It was not worth $600.00 per night. There was no hot water in the shower, a water leak coming from the ceiling with a sticky residue, no air conditioning and it smelled stale.」

「The location is convenient to activities in the area and shopping nearby. Be aware there is no elevator in the hotel and being built on the side of a mountain makes it difficult to carry luggage to the floors with rooms - especially rooms that are upgrades with private bathroom facilities. (Lots of steps). There is a bar on the ground floor which has karaoke some nights starting around 9 PM and then open mic nights some other nights- which can go until 2AM. 「Friendly staff and stylish new look!」

「Good location and older classic building. Had trouble with room overheating. Could not stop heat and it was very hot in room, near impossible to sleep even with window open and 42 degrees outside it didn’t offset the heater. Talked to staff 3 times to eventually get a small fan which helped slightly. Not the problem I expected in Alaska!」

「This place has done a complete makeover/remodel and it is wonderful! Steps from the airport terminal and Donna's restaurant which has some pretty good food! We travel to Juneau every year and this will be my place of choice!」
