"Staff as always polite, helpful and welcoming… The room itself could do with some updating, the toilet bowl could maybe do with some bleach and unfortunately couldn’t use shower as it was over the bath which I struggle with.. but it hasn’t stopped me staying and enjoying time out of everyday life!"

"I'm a regular visitor to Cardiff and always stay here. It's easy to get to and there's always loads of free parking. Staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are huge and have a bath and heated towel rail, which I find useful. It's quiet and you never have to wait long for the lift. Special thanks to the lovely lass on reception at 5am when I checked out in a rush and left my wedding ring in the bathroom. She popped up and found it for me. Marriage saved!"

"Great location, price and staff. Parking too. We had a room for 3 adults but only had two towels and there was no hot water from the shower. The kettle also didn’t look the cleanest and had limescale. It’s perfect if you want cheap and cheerful for a night out but if you want comfort or are taking older family and friends it misses those final touches"
