"Our room was clean, the front office staff was friendly and engaging, and breakfast was decent. Our only complaint is that there wasn't enough parking. We came in late from attending a Buccs game and there were no parking spots left. We had to park in front of the front office and walk outdoors in order to get to our room. Great motel for this price!"

"Expedia ruined our booking from another hotel so we had to transfer to Best Western Tampa at 1 am in the morning. Sheila from the front desk was absolutely phenomenal, she did everything to accommodate us, went out of her way to gave us food coz she learned that we haven’t had our supper yet and we travelled all the way from Canada and was tired already. She was compassionate, very helpful and kind! Thank you so much Sheila for all the help!!!! "
