「The humidity in the hotel was insane. We couldn’t sleep as the sheets were damp, the toilet paper was wet and it was just a miserable stay. The manager said they were aware of the issue but it seems ownership doesn’t care as they have placed humidifiers in the hallways which did absolutely nothing. The manager did the best she could as she gave us a refund but until this issue is fixed we will not be staying here again and we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times.」

「The room was adequate , nothing fancy, but TV was difficult to get working, and no instructions. However, the breakfast was horrible, unless you're a big fan of honeybuns and yogurt for breakfast. Ugh.」

「There was no body wash in the shower, completely empty. The lobby and hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was not edible. Food was cold, eggs were watery. Even though the hotel was quiet and room was clean, I would not stay there again.」
