「The humidity in the hotel was insane. We couldn’t sleep as the sheets were damp, the toilet paper was wet and it was just a miserable stay. The manager said they were aware of the issue but it seems ownership doesn’t care as they have placed humidifiers in the hallways which did absolutely nothing. The manager did the best she could as she gave us a refund but until this issue is fixed we will not be staying here again and we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times.」

「The room was adequate , nothing fancy, but TV was difficult to get working, and no instructions. However, the breakfast was horrible, unless you're a big fan of honeybuns and yogurt for breakfast. Ugh.」

「Our stay went well, however after checkout we discovered one of our shirts was left at the hotel. Called front desk to ask if it had been reported/turned in and they stated they were “unable to check until the current occupant checked out”. I asked if the person responsible for cleaning room 303 on 6/10 reported any unattended items left and they said “they could find something and not say anything, best to call back on Monday” (almost a week after our stay). Their staff is stealing items from...

「The entire second floor hallway smells like garbage and diapers. The A/C in the room took 12 hours to cool the room from 78° to 71° in a 300 sq foot room probably the worst sleep Ive gotten not to mention one of the blankets had a dried old blood strain on it and to request new blankets. After mentioning these the staff just shrugged it off. The new name of this chain my family is now La Funkta due to the smell. Book somewhere else ....」
