"The room had thick dirt on the windowsills and a green substance that may have been silly string ground into the carpet. The water at the pool had a weird film and the daybed rentals were very stained and dirty. With the high winds at the pool area the bars for the daybed curtains would not stay and caused an injury. The morning we checked out we had to carry our luggage down more than13 flights of stairs to an alley because the elevators for the tower were shut down and we were unsuccessful in our attempts to get help to find a service elevator and couldn't miss our flight. The majority of the hotel staff was very nice though. We will not be coming back to this property as a result of the conditions."

"Fun stay, decent value, right in the center of the strip, easy access to a lot of other casinos, restaurants, and shopping. Pool was OK, water was a bit cloudy. Refrigerator in our room was broken, had to have it swapped. Ice machine was either broken or constantly depleted (not making enough ice, only one machine for probably 100 rooms). Had to walk all the way down a LONG hall, take the elevator to another floor and walk that LONG hall to get ice every day. Weird shower, only half glass, no slider, water went everywhere in the bathroom floor, even when I turn the shower heads away from the door as much as possible. Dumb design. The casino payouts and odds are lousy (blackjack is 6:5, not 3:2 and they use 8 deck or continuous shuffle, which are terrible). Also some roulette tables have a 000! Great midrange/budget option to stay here, but gamble elsewhere. "

"Got this room at a great price. I’ve stayed here before, so I knew that it would be nice. We don’t get 2 queen beds as we booked, but the customer service was great and they brought us a roll away bed for the kids. We also needed maintenance to come to our room and that took a while. But the customer service was exceptional both times I had to contact them. The rooms are clean and very beautiful. The bathrooms and bedrooms are large and spacious. The casino is great with plenty of places to eat. Located in a great spot on the strip as well. "
