「We had asked to check in early and they had told us yes it would be within an hour ! Three hours later at 3:00 pm we got our room ! I was disappointed in this we had made plans but cancelled them cause we were waiting on the hour time frame promised ! We saw tons of people check out cleaning staff was on duty you would have thought we could have gotten one room ready for us with two small children! 」

「Picked this hotel because it was new, but room very small and almost impossible to open our suitcases. Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it. Maybe done by "AI".」

Although, the lack of drinking water provided from hosts needs to come to an end; I’m on a trip/vacation there should be little inconvenience. There also wasn’t any ice nor ice trays in the freezer.
