「Not too bad although the room is really small. In addition, I am very sure my power line was left at my room when I checked out the hotel. But when I called back the hotel, they said they didn't find anything in my room when I left. A few days later, we stayed at other Staypineapple in Seattle. Similar things happened. One of my friend left a small gift on the sofa at the lobby and left for just 5 minutes. But he went back to the lobby, the small gift was gone. Then he went to the front desk,...

「The room was nice, exactly as advertised. The staff members were very responsive via texts. Overall I had no major complaints. However, the maintenance/cleaning crew only took out the trash and didn’t make any effort to actually clean/arrange the room mid-stay. Overall, great stay」

「The kitchen was fully equipped, and the place was very clean. It's conveniently located near universities and downtown, with everything within walking distance. However, I do wish there was an elevator—carrying luggage up to the fourth floor was quite a challenge. That said, the bed and sofa couch were comfortable, and we slept well.」
