I stayed for two nights and three days while visiting for a school tour. The staff member who helped with check-in had a blank expression and answered questions as if they were a bother. At first, I tried to be understanding, thinking they might just be busy. However, the same unwelcoming attitude continued throughout the evening, the next day, and even at check-out.
The hotel itself was clean, but the unfriendly behavior of the staff made it difficult to enjoy the stay. The constant siren noises and the large presence of homeless individuals nearby also made the surroundings feel uncomfortable.
Even though the environment was a bit challenging, I feel that a warm and friendly attitude from the staff could have made a big difference. It’s unfortunate that this was not the case.
