I understand that homelessness is a serious issue, but as a paying hotel guest, I expected the surroundings and overall atmosphere of the hotel to feel more welcoming and secure. The service was also very poor. The following morning, my wife and I went for breakfast and there was nobody available to assist us for more than five minutes....
