Dispute Expedia advertising, parking availability is not a guarantee. The staff, however, went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast service was excellent. We were very comfortable in our room.

Hotel was good. Breakfast excellent. Staff helpful especially the late night door man. The only drawback is you have to book with the hotel itself, not through a third party,to have a reserved parking space. There is very limited parking on the surrounding streets.

Since the hotel is 400 years old, it had a lot of charm. (things like slanted floors and the room call bells on the wall in the foyer) The location was perfect for exploring the waterfront and catching ferries. The only issue, which it can’t do anything about, is the lack of an elevator and we stayed on the top floor. The very last flight upstairs was curved and very narrow, but a couple of very friendly staff members helped us with our luggage.

Stayed for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpful, parking onsite was convenient and easy, we stayed in the superior king room and it was great with everything we needed. Breakfast the next day which was included was very good, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts at this price range Only slight moan would be the bed was a tad hard and quite low to the ground
