The location, the attention to details, the fluidity of welcoming attentive and informative staff to impeccable grounds, made it a memorable stay. They combine high end service w/ a feeling of being at home, I will most definitely be booking with them again. 「Stayed here many times previously. Excellent stay again no issues. Little disappointed with the check in guy who stated I had been given a complimentary upgrade to an executive room. This was not the case and it was a standard room. Why lie? I’m not a novice traveller. Quite frankly I could not be bothered to complain . Smoking area outside the bar was in a terrible state! It was dirty disgusting with lots of rubbish inc broken bottles and glasses. Ashtrays were brimful and hadn’t been...
