「As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Brad who offered to carry my bags and explained a lot of information about the local area, and said if I needed anything to just let him know. The building is easily accessible from the car park with the use of a key card which allows you to come and go at all hours. 「We had a lovely stay at this pretty and comfortable pod. Jean was very helpful and friendly and pod was very well equipped and laid out. No wasted space but plenty of room. Great shower, oodles of hot water and plenty of power points. Wi-Fi excellent and plenty of cosy touches. 「Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful. 「Check in was very easy and the front desk agent (Mash) was very welcoming to the hotel. He was knowledgeable and gave the hotel a far more professional look in the way he worked and communicated - by doing this he stood out from everyone else working at the hotel that night. My room was extremely clean and comfortable- very quiet too. No complaints on what is a well ran budget end motel type property- great value for money and I’d definitely return.」
