「Clean rooms staff No hangers 」

「The staff was very accommodating. We stayed because I was having hip surgery and the hotel was just down the street from the surgery center. I called before we arrived and asked if we could get a room on the 1st floor due to the surgery and they were more than willing to make that happen for us. 」

「Front Desk Clerk was excellent getting us checked in and taking care of directions, dinner choices, and amenities from the hotel! Much appreciated!」

「Our room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Motel seems a little old and outdated when entering but it appears that they are working on that. Our room has been completely renovated.」

「I am grateful to the staff member, who changed my reservation so that I could get a room on the main floor. The elevator was under repair and I have difficulty using steps. I learned that 3rd party booking offers a section for comments, where I can list limitations. After a long exhausting day I was so appreciative for this young man' s help.」

「I stayed in German Charm 2, and it is charming. An excellent house for our short stay to see family. The house is well equipment for all your needs. it is in a very quiet area and is walking distance to all amenities. Matt, the host, was very attentive and responded to emails promptly. I would recommend this place to all that are visiting Columbus. It is exceptional value and much better than a hotel room!! I will be staying again.」
