「The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

「This property is run down, and dirty. Trash around the entry, weeds in the landscape beds, elevator is beat up, carpets in hall have not been vacuumed, hall wall paper pealing off. Someone had “drawn” on the window in my room male genitalia. Front desk staff was just going thru the motions- not welcoming. This place is a mess!!! 」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The days we stayed they were either understaffed or just didn’t have enough help. We went down for breakfast on the late side and it was awful. 」
