It was convenient, location-wise. We were attending a conference at the convention center, so this was a good price. Beds are firm, and the pillows could use some fill, but other than that, it is a good place to lay your head for the night.

The hotel was ok. If u just looking for somewhere decent to sleep with no frills. Compared to other downtown hotels. It could use an upgrade in decor and a building renovation. It was clean for most part. Bed was comfortable and clean. Customer service was lack luster but friendly.

Staff was friendly and the place was clean, but the beds were small and very uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. The tub was dangerously bowl shaped with no way to stand flat. The Internet was so slow, it was almost unusable.

Staff were friendly, as far as the room… meh! The tub/shower was not inviting at all, rust on bottom of tub and grout mold. The room was full of pet dander which means they don’t sanitize after pet visits. The bed was not comfortable at ALL! we had a premium room at that…. Thankfully it was just an overnight stay

We stayed here for a night and honestly it was better than we expected. The location is really good. Walkable to downtown. We went for a soccer game and the stadiums are not far. We walked there and everything was fine. Safe area and the room was really clean. If I came to Columbus again, I would definitely look at this Hotel.

Do it. Not bad, and super close to CC.

Best place for local and cheap for convention center. You get what you pay for, but the staff is nice and the room is (mostly) clean aside from a sticky hardwood floor.
