Great for what we needed. Close to the Columbus convention center. Paid parking was great not having to find another parking. Hot breakfast have been nice also but we did know that wasn’t an option when we booked.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean, building was in good condition. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, however parking can be confusion as you have to park across street but overall it was a nice place to stay at a decent rate

staff was very good and helpful, rooms were spacious and clean. you could use better pillows they were bad. but beds were comfortable. i would suggest adding a pull out couch to the room. and offering breakfast for the cost of the room would be nice....

The check in process took a long time, but checkout was very quick. The toiletries provided were not good—only shampoo and a small bar soap. The parking was also a bit irritating. Otherwise, easy stay and close to the arena which is what I needed.

Parking is across the street and is 19 dollars a day. We had a room on the 1st floor and it was clean and as described. It was a budget friendly hotel for downtown. No breakfast, just hot black coffee in the morning.

Nice facility, my only complaint is the incidental fee that is charged. They take the money out right away, but it’s going to take up to 5 days to get it back?, that’s not right

Car was hit in the gated parking lot amd Red Roof has no cameras in the lot to help with issues like that. Room and building was clean but is dated and a bit musty smelling. It does the job in a pinch but there are other much nicer hotels in the immediate vicinity.
