"Young guy at front desk was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. Gave our room away and tried to tell us he couldn’t see the reservation . Had to have Expedia call the hotel , finally got in and it was awful . Sheets were questionable , latch on door was ready to fall off the door . Excessive amount of questionable characters lurking around the hotel . Staff is careless they’re just there for the paycheck . Sleep in your car before you sleep here ."

"This is a 1* star hotel. Staff is decent. Kind. But services are truly subpar. They assigned me an unclean room upon check in, locked me out of my room on the 2nd night checked in. Im Black, the clientele is hood. Police was called, a guest was scene fleeing with a lit cigarette and bags in hand. There are other nearby hotels in the same price range...skip this hotel!!"

"This property is a Hyatt and the sign does not say Harbor Pointe Inn at all which was confusing . We had to call to confirm if this was the correct hotel late that night. This property is going through a renovation so a lot of covered furniture downstairs and you cannot tell it’s open from the front. So I would say the mess is contained, but why are we seeing this? So no lounging area in the lobby this time. We booked for 1 night 6/6 after attending a family event and attending the ball game the next day. The room was nice, very clean and bed was very comfortable. There was shampoo ,conditioner and body wash in dispensers in the shower. The view was directly across the hotel next to it so no water view and can’t keep your shade open. The breakfast was disappointing as it was limited .The front desk person was also the food attendant refilling the food. How sanitary is this? Did this person call out? The pancake machine was not on or working, there was no orange juice as this button was broken on the juice machine and there were no fruit in the assigned fruit station. I always appreciate a great waffle or pancake experience but didn’t happen here. Also since there is no lounge people were loudly congregating in the breakfast area. Salt shaker was missing and butter baskets were empty, had to ask for both. This would have gotten at least 4 stars if the breakfast was better stocked. Hotel is in a convenient area and there was plenty of free parking on the property."

"I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we got there, it was a king with a dirty pull out. I was told they were sold out of 2 queens until I went down to the front desk and asked for sheets and blankets for the pull out. Then, suddenly a room with 2 queens became available, so we had to pack up and move our things to the newly found room."
