"Roam was very clean and loved that they take off every sheet including the mattress cover when cleaning the roams for the next guest. I didn’t like that it said every 3 days they would have someone clean the room, we were there for 4 days and no one came to clean anything "

"The room was very clean and had a cute, eclectic, hippy-inspired vibe. Wi-Fi was easy to access, though it was occasionally inconsistent—possibly due to our room being located toward the back. The environment was peaceful and quiet, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay."

"Worst experience. Came from the inland empire on vacation should’ve went to motel 6. No running hot water. Water shut off. Other tenants are loud asf and overpriced to be honest."

"Check in was rude (charged $15 additional for parking), room assigned had sticky dirty floor, A/C was ns Went back to the front desk and got transferred. New room still had dirty floor but at least not sticky and the A/C was giving white noise lol. The tub was not great, my mom refused to shower. The refrigerator had a whole in it and did not work nor did the closest ice dispenser. The hall/balcony/walkway was full of pet urine and had fresh and old pet feces. I decided to book a room here because it stated it was recommended by families. I was traveling with my mother who is handicap and my 3 and 7 year old and I would never recommend this property to a family. "

Creo que es algo que les corresponde a ellos, personal de limpieza o a quien corresponda. El jacuzzi estaba sin servicio y fué por lo que decidimos hospedarnos ahi, en la pagina no decía, ni aviso ni nada. super mal, no pudimos disfrutar nuestra estadía como deseabamos."
