This is a good motel for a one night quick stay that is within budget. Had everything we needed. Only one con, no hot water for a quick morning shower.

Room was clean. No roaches. Staff was nice. Parking was free. Never had issue finding a parking spot. I give it a 3 star because we had water issues. I felt I was taking a shower under a faucet. Slow, minimal water pressure. Other issue was that hot water was hit or miss. At night no hot water, which I hated cause I look forward to hot showers after being out all day. Some mornings no hot water as well. Definitely they need to work on this.
