「We loved the room, club room, lobby etc. However our room never cooled off, we talked to the front desk after lowering it ourselves and they actually control it. They lowered it but it never dropped as they said it would. We noticed an A/C repairman on the property after our conversation but it still never cooled off.」

「Idk how this place has 10/10 ratings. Hopefully someone sees this before booking. Very dirty place. I had to change rooms since the lights were not working and there were a lot of roaches. I moved to another room and also had roaches. The beds sheets looked like they were not cleaned. The towels and showers were disgusting, and didn’t even use them. There was also no soap available, so I had to go ask for some and also had to ask for bug spray. Honestly, any other place is better than here.」

「The hotel is beautiful, lush gardens and minimalist but creative decor. I did not like that we paid for a suite and it was not ready upon check in, the mini bar was empty and never stocked after we asked, and we could not sleep thanks to the group that was allowed to be in the pool from 11:30pm to 2am right outside our window. Speaking of not sleeping, the air conditioning unit in suite 219 needs to be checked because it makes excessive noise when it kicks in overnight.」
