Welcoming and quiet-Nice pet area

Check in and staff were super friendly and welcoming. Nice area for pets, have recycling station and pool Is kept- I travel with test kit and all the times I checked- passed!

Everything was great minus the lights not working at the hot tub and we could hear EVERY NEIGHBOR!! Stomping all night and doors shutting sounded like slamming it made for a rough nights rest. Hotel is convenient to the lake.

No hidden pet fees!

Check in was fast, friendly and welcoming. Updated property with indoor pool/hot tub was kept and in order. I carry my own water test strips- water here was kept and maintained. No pet or hidden fees. Pet areas are well lit and well kept.

Find another hotel if you can

Pros: Hotel let us check in hours early. Staff was nice. The room was spacious and the hot tub was nice. Cons: Room was in bad shape. Some lights didn’t work, the toilet flush handle was barely hanging on, lots of damaged walls, no towels at pool (had to ask front desk for some) and no bedding in room for food out bed (again, had to ask front desk and they still didn’t give me me everything). It was not worth $200 at all, very disappointing. I won’t be going back.
