"Absolutely love this place. This was my second time staying and had an even better time than the first. The bartenders at Jim Bobs were incredibly attentive. Allan, Spencer, Michael, Andrew, and Ramsey all made me feel like family from the second I walked in the door. They created an environment that felt very safe for a woman traveling by herself which absolutely made my trip. The atmosphere created by these men was my favorite part of my entire stay. The rooms were incredibly comfortable from the beds to the bathrooms with separate vanity areas. The drapes were amazing at blocking out the Texas summer sun. The room service staff were incredible and accommodating. The pools were wonderful as always. There are plenty of umbrellas available for guests. The views from the balconies, restaurants, and pools are spectacular. The property feels incredibly safe whether I was walking around by myself at 8am or 2am. This place has everything you could need for a few days stay without needing to go anywhere. Once I checked in, I didn't get back in my car until I checked out. Can't wait to plan my next trip!!"

"The bed mattress was old and worn out… the bathroom had black mold in the shower. The room was well worn and in need of a remodel. The carpets were worn out and the hallway carpets were dirty and worn as well the elevator needs a an update inside very worn & dirty…"

"I was traveling from Pennsylvania to Austin to see my boyfriend. I had a pleasant experience at this location. It was very clean and the suite was amazing with dishes. I did not expect that.I booked this hotel due to the Orange curtains and the name. I was just curious and after I made my decision of staying here I’m glad I did. My suite was great and the staff was great as well. I did not need the housekeeper to clean my room, but I did swap out my towels and they were friendly with smiles. I would recommend the suites at this location it’s beautiful thank you for a great experience and keeping my room cool upon arrival."
