「Room was comfortable and had all the amenities. I liked that you could order breakfast downstairs and that coffee and tea were free and available most of the time. There was a nice pool but not heated. Nice surrounding area.」

「Great new property but it’s in a pretty industrial area. Lots of vagrants around which make you think twice about the open parking. They do have security patrolling and have controlled access to the lobby, but just be aware. The hotel itself is nice, clean and the rooms are well appointed for the price point.」

「We love staying at the Colton House and really enjoy the property overall and location in South Austin. Quiet, clean and more boutique like. We do wish they had a more extensive menu for lunch and snacks throughout the day. 」
