「Perfect 」

「I used the room only for sleeping, yet the condition of the room made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I found four cockroaches in the bathroom and near the refrigerator, and there was a gap between the headboard and the wall where a spider came out from. These issues made it difficult to relax, and I had several terrible nights during my stay.」

「Broken faucet Broken light switch No breakfast food at all Filtered water dispenser broken Broken down car in the lot Homeless people meandering in and out Several power outlets not working」

「A welcome card in the room was a nice touch. Staff were friendly, gave information on local attractions both within walking distance as well as in the city. The pool area is quiet, few peacocks. One could easily spend the entire vacation at the hotel without stirring out! I will definitely pick this place when I return to Austin.」

「roomy and nice location, but the room was too dirty. We had to clean the room before staying」

「Perfect location and our room was spotless. Everything we needed they had in the room. Also everything was top of the line. The bed after a long day was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in. Can’t wait to stay again」

「The lighting in the bathroom was very difficult that would be my only complaint」

「Great hotel. Great service, staff and location. Highly recommended.」

「Design was great. Not a service oriented hotel . No valet service, no bottled water in the room, limited lighting, no sound insulation, road noise from 18 wheelers, delivery trucks and garbage pick up was non - stop! Pack your ear plugs. Oh , and very overpriced」
