「My first room had a running toilet upon check in that wouldn’t stop and when I tried to call the front desk, I discovered the phone line had been cut from the wall. 「If you are looking to save money this is the cheapest. But it comes at a price. I don't even know where to begin? Traditional standards are clean room clean towels, cleaned daily, free of mold and insects, working tv, etc. I thinking camping would have been more sanitary. This place is disgusting but we booked a week. Other motel 6 places we've stayed are superior to this in other states. NOT Texas, Grand Prairie. I'm a disabled veteran and people that didn't have handicapped plates were in those spots, the a/c wasn't working properly, no towels in room, I went to lobby to get a fan for our room just to be comfortable. The pool wasn't available..The towels we were given were still dirty and had stains.」
