Upon checking into the hotel, the two women working were extremely nice and helpful. It said on Expedia the hotel had a rating of an 8.4 so our hopes were high. However, when we got to our room there were dirty sheets, a very strong odor or cigarettes and dirty towels. The beds were made of springs and being a bigger person it was very uncomfortable to even sit on. We asked for a different room, which the staff was accommodating of, but only to find the same conditions in the new room. It says they have a no smoking policy, but the ash trays are left right outside the AC unit for the room, so it constantly drafts up the smell of burnt cigarettes in the room. We ended up having to book a hotel down the road to stay at as we weren’t comfortable staying our 2 nights here.

If you can, stay on the south side. There’s a fire station right next to the north side. However , I never heard any sirens. There were several diesel pickups that you could hear if you were in one of the four roo S closest to the parking lot. I definitely stay here again.

For the price, this hotel is a great value. The rooms were cleaner than most hotels. There were some dust bunnies under the beds and the exhaust vent cover in bathroom could stand a cleaning; but, given that everything else in the room was very clean (appeared clean and there was no heavy use of air freshiner to cover smells. My only real critique was the beds are quite soft and I prefer a firmer mattress. I am sure that others prefer a softer mattress. This is not a game changer. I would definitly stay there again.

Our bathroom smelt a little funky and it was a little gross in the bathroom. However, the beds and the rest of the room were not bad. My husband I enjoyed the sitting area outside. You can play cornhole and the people were friendly. This is a perfect place to stop for one nights rest.

The place is old motel, which is renovated with modern vibe and look like new. Look nice and clean inside, though ac is old and noisy and air was stuffy. The room looked clean, but I was surprised to find out that bedsheets looked dirty, even though the beds were made. I called the front desk and the lady working that night brought me fresh clean bedsheets right away, even though we checked in very late at night. Otherwise, simple and clean place.

The receptionist was not friendly at all and did not even greet me or welcome me . It seems I was the employee that day and she was the guest 😂. She got upset probably because upon entering she was not at the front and I have to say “hello”2 times before she showed up . I just didn’t get her name because she looked so upset already . All I remember she is kinda old and I think that was her child or granddaughter that she brought to work skating around the facility . Over all she was very unprofessional. Our checked in day was on May 18 in the afternoon between 5 I think to 7pm . So just figure it out 🙂.
