No room service. We spent 3 nights and they never check our room for towels, soap or trash. Otherwise our stay was good. Room was nice and clean. Trying to figure out how to access the property is a little tricky also.

Absolutely spotless room and property. Clean, well maintained, and smells fresh. Hotel wanted to charge me $50 per their policy for my mini dachshund. I argued I booked this property through Expedia which showed $10 per fee. I offered them to charge me and I would dispute with Expedia and my bank - if they have a discrepancy, they should update their info with Expedia. They honored the $10 for my visit. Definitely will be back - hotel is in a great quiet area and the rooms are fantastic size and comfort.

We were so delighted with the facilities and the staff that we extended our stay by 3 more nights. We were in the middle of an extended road trip and this was the perfect remedy from road weariness. What a gem!! Highly recommend.

Welcome surprise! Super clean, super nice property, awesome staff! This was my 10th or 11th trip to Amarillo so I’ve stayed at multiple properties in the area. This by far was one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. I wish I had time to enjoy the patio with the fire pit and the grill but this was an In-N-Out trip. Definitely will be staying at this property going forward.

This property was very clean and quiet. BUT the beds are not very and comfortable and the pillows are a joke! Also, for some reason, they have motion detecting lights and apparently temperature control. While sleeping the cooling goes into a sleep mode so you wake up very uncomfortable. They also have flashing strobes that are very noticeable when the room is dark.

My family of four stayed here for one night on our way up to Colorado. This property is new and very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The property has lots of amenities, including a fire pit. Overall, we enjoyed our one-night stay at this property. I highly recommend!

Brand new property (we traveled in July 2025 and it had been open only 3 weeks). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice sized. The AC worked reealllllly good, I like it cold. Nice to have a kitchen for longer stays. The pillows were really comfy, I usually dispise hotel pillows and bring my own but these felt like down (maybe alternative down, I didn’t check). Be aware that there is no breakfast available here, but there are things you can purchase (snacks, drinks, etc) in the lobby.
