Worst place I have ever stayed. I could not get ac unit to turn on. The front desk person had to come but the next morning I couldn’t get it to work again. Worst shower area I have ever seen. Not a safe place to leave your vehicle.

The cleaning staff and maintenance people very friendly. The lobby guy was very rude. And wanted change me extra when i paid for an other night for checking in earlier?? I said im already checked it. I just took my stuff came back at 3pm . Still had to pay for second damage deposit. Never been treated so badly.

Our room smelled like smoke, cigarette holes were in the sheets. There was peeling paint and obvious need of repairs and upgrades. They had no blanket on the bed, just a super thin cover and a sheet. It felt unsafe and dirty. We asked for a late check- out because of a delayed flight we arrived at 3am and were denied. The next morning when we woke up police were arresting a man a few doors down from us. We checked out and will never be back.

This was suppose to be a pay on property, and free cancel before 10pm. They Charged my card for the full amount and woul not allow me to cancel. They have yet to complete a full conversation or by chat ,virtual, or by phone to refund my money. Any i didn't check in nor even stayed 1 night. The Property Manager was so Rude and Unconsderate .!!!! DO NOT USE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT !!!! WITH THIS SITE AND PLEASE CANCEL ASAP BECAUSE THEY WILL USE ANY EXCUSE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY ONCE THEY HAVE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT. DON'T DO IT. ITS MONEY THEY QUICKLY TAKEN AND NOT SO WILLING TO QUICKLY RETURN IT. I WILL NEVER QUICKLY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!!

They only had a when it was cold and the shower was barely warm on top of a cold room then it's been since the 1st when I checked out but my return deposit is still flipping pending like what the heck all this plus my deposit like trureal WOW

The pictures on Expedia definitely do not tell the full description. There was a $20 security deposit not mentioned when i made the reservation. Our room was ok. The tub/shower was very jerry-rigged. A shower floor was installed on top of the tub. No mirror at the sink. It was om the opposite wall. The fridge was definitely second hand looking. And froze our drinks. We went to dinner our first night came back and our room smelled like someone had smoke a bunch of weed inside our room. We had to leave the door open for over an hour to air it out. And my spouse is deathly allergic to weed. And the tv is a roku tv but there was no roku remote so we had no tv and the wifi was terrible too. I dont like being negative about places. But this was worse than the Motel 6 i stayed at last month.
