「The room was large like the condo style expected and clean, the bedroom bed was nice, but the couch sofa was less than comfortable, but sufficient. Nice view of the city & elevators were fast. It’s in downtown so you have to expect to deal with some unpleasant things like random people hanging around, so be careful about your surroundings. The check-in process and check out process was elaborate and complicated, but I think that at least made The Who has access to the building and floor feel...

「This is an older property that shows its age. Wifi is very poor, and in-room technology is a bit dated. We had a non-working exhaust fan in one of our bathrooms, and staff fixed it the day we told them about it. Bathroom light switches are outside of the bathroom, so using the bathroom in the middle of the night shines light on others who are trying to sleep.」
