「酒店本来是个大家庭，房间很多，客人就我们一行6个人。正好意大利假期，他们大家庭聚会，很热闹。 酒店窗外就是大海，漂亮!房间也舒适，不错。 我们到达第一天的晚餐也是在酒店里，性价比很高，大厨应该就是他们家的老爷子，手艺高! 早餐是老婆婆负责的，水果盘上盖了一块布，只有几个干瘪的橘子放在显眼的地方。我要求拿布盖着的香蕉，老婆婆很不高兴的掰了个都已经发黑的递给我。我们用餐的时候，老婆婆很大声的打电话，一点都不理会我们这些客人。果汁，牛奶，酸奶量很充裕，咖啡也有好几个口味。只是，第二天，咖啡机坏了，老婆婆脸色更加难看。 以为是温泉，实际上只是一个很小型的带冲浪的游泳池而已，桑拿房也没有暖气。」

「I enjoyed my stay at the Kali Hotel. The girls at reception were lovely and very helpful. The communication was great as they added me to a group chat when booking a last minute stay when arriving in Sorrento a day earlier than expected. Lovely room with a comfortable bed and huge tv for steaming Netflix. The shower was also good and only criticism is that they forgot to put toilet roll in the room but I understand this is a new business but I would definitely stay here again. 」

This includes not only staff at the property, but also drivers the hotel assigns. Thanks to all the staff, including Stella and staff at front desk, staff at the pool/restaurant, and so on.
