「Lovely hotel, amazing views, manicured gardens, excellent staff, (Carmen, Martina, Connie, Gaetano, Valentina, Laura, Roberta to mention but a few) good spa. However, there were 2 major issues which were not in keeping with a 5* at this price point: 1) there is a huge unattached manhole on the road in front of the hotel which makes a racket every time a car drives over it and keeps you up at night through the night; 2) a horrible drain stench from the toilet / bidet in the rooms. 「Maison Iovino is a great accommodation at a great location. When booking, I was a little apprehensive, as it was not a typical hotel. But after checking in, we found it to be better than a hotel. There were several rooms at the facility, and the facility was new and stylishly furnished. Its location on the main street is super convenient. Our host Maximo was very friendly and helpful. He gave us good restaurant and laundromat recommendations, and was even helpful in booking tours after hours....
