"Hotel is clean and very friendly staff. My only complaint is that there is no daily house keeping. They just came in to replace the towels which felt more like an inspection. Also only 2 full size towel and one floor towel for 2 person available. No other towels were given. A trash bin was only available in the bathroom and no outlet in the bathroom either. "

"There was plenty of nature parts, shoppong, restaurants near by. A perfect location to experience the diversity of life in Hong Kong."

"When we checked in the reception staff were polite but not too welcoming. Nothing was explained such as wi-fi, or the nearest MRT station, or that the address is on the access key holder, or the options to get to the airport. Little things that can make a huge difference to a guest's stay. On the other hand the housekeeping staff were friendly and courteous, regardless of the lack of a common language between us. I returned to reception later on to ask if there was any milk for the room and I received a stare, followed by a single "No". The bathroom wall facing the bed has a timber-like veneer which was covered in hand and finger prints. The tv turned on, but did not have any channel reception. This was promptly fixed once we called reception, and 2 attempts to explain it to the housekeeping staff. Bedding was clean. The young man that assisted us with storing our luggage after we checked out was friendly and polite. It's a good location being a stroll to Nathan Road, Temple Street, Jordan Road MRT station, Kowloon Park, Canton Road with the Royal Pacific Hotel and a couple of malls, and about a 15-20 minute stroll to Victoria Harbour/Star Ferry/Avenue of Stars."

"Clean and presentable room, incredible location that's great for Central to get around to Hollywood Rd, Central. Lots of 7-11 nearby for essentials at any time, loads of eateries that open early or stay open late"

"The hotel is clean although a bit older. Its near to shops dining and bars. An excellent location close to the hop on hop off bus tour."

"Very convenient to talk to subway and it is next to street food stalls. My receptionist,Cindy was so patience, nice and helpful. Definitely, will come again."

"The hotel is just fine, not better. My view from the 26th floor to the harbour was great. But that’s where it ends. The elevator situation is a problem. Even though there are 5 of them you are always waiting and they tend to stop at almost every floor. Also getting water and ice can only be done on the 5th floor which means going up and down and using the terrible elevators. I wouldn’t return"

"Shops are down the hill. LKF is close if you’re having. A drink. Hotel is convenient but I went when it was relatively mild so it might be difficult for some to come up the escalators. Overall I will come again. Prices very wildly even in the same week so keep a look out and book when it’s cheap. 🙏"
