突然の部屋の変更希望にも丁寧に対応してくださり、とても助かりました。　また、すぐそばにお粥・牛麵・チャーシューなどの焼き物・パイ・点心のテイクアウトなどなど、美味しい飲食店が多く、お部屋に持ち帰ってゆっくり食べれます。　中国茶のお店もすごそばで、説明をしっかりしてもらって量り売りで購入できます。　 立地もよく、スーツケースが重くても、ほぼ平地で移動できます。 2回目の滞在でしたが、定宿になりそうないいホテルです。
キッチンには、２組の丸皿・小さい丸皿・マグカップ・グラスカップ・デミタスカップ・ティースプーンがありました。　スプーン・フォークなどの食事用のカトラリー、スポンジや洗剤はないです。　レンジオーブンはあります。
ベッドルームとの境はガラス張りですが、ブラインドがあります。　また、ベッドルーム奥にクローゼットとバスルームがあります。
バスタブがありましたので、ゆっくりと一日の疲れをとることができました。　ボディーソープ・シャンプー・コンディショナーは、大きなポンプが備え付けられています。

The location of the hotel is central with lots of eateries/cafes/coffee shops etc. 2 blocks away from the Sheung Wan mtr makes it extremely convenient. Busy during the day but nights are relatively quiet compared to certain areas that are more vibrant such as Mong Kok or Causeway Bay. It's our first time staying at the Mercer. We would stay here again. The room was clean and fair size with lots of drawers and storage space which we liked. The staff were helpful and polite. They even helped us call for a taxi after we checked out. Overall a good experience.

Decent stay, relatively convenient to MTR

Decent stay, typical room size for HK so no complains. Location is convenient near Sheung Wan MTR station. I’d suggest taking taxi to hotel from airport express station or airport as HK generally is hilly, however doable from train station (though train station has plenty of stairs). Check out is at 11am, however counter staff are helpful and may extend if required. Overall no complains, will stay here again if in HK

The room size for HK is great. Housekeeping was good and as long as you don’t need fancy pearls like hotel amenities in the building this is a good option. For example you get coffee the first day but not the rest of your stay. Good thing is many great coffee breaky places close by. Location is very close to the metro, 24hr convenience stores and good restaurants and bars. I’d stay again just for the room and location over getting nothing else from the hotel really. Only negative is that the WiFi worked but it would glitch often and is a problem. The front desk said they were aware but not sure if it’s going to be before. If you have to do work calls this might be a problem.

The property is located near the financial center and once we figured our way around we found the metro station nearby. The staff did not understand us and there were no maps of the area. The backing of our curtains were ripped and need to be replaced. Housekeeping was very good and the suite was comfortable.

I left after the first night and moved to a nother hotel. The aircondition cant be adjusted properly and it is noisy, make sure you bring earplugs along. It probably hasnt been maintained for years. The curtains have several holes in it. The bathroom was moldy and and not clean. Some "left overs" of the previous guest were still in the bathroom. Overall the room was just not in a good condition, not clean and not what i expect at this price level. The location of the hotel is great! I would not recommend to stay at this hotel!

不明白這酒店員工是要用英語溝通 ，沒有一個廣東人， 幸好我略懂英文，否則便難溝通！但整體上所有員工(包括前台、餐廳及房務)都十分友善，服務令人滿意。
