"Room was clean and well equipped. Close to everything in St-Sauveur. Parking was limited, but we found a spot. I would stay here again."

"The spas and small snowshoeing trails on the property site were excellent for this retired couple. The restaurant staff and food at the Voilier were outstanding. The only disappointment was that despite contacting the staff on site and on the first morning of a 3 night stay, I was unable to book an appointment for a facial or massage. Furthermore, I was told that such appointments needed to be booked when reserving the stay. I had reserved the stay on the morning of our first evening at the hotel. "

"Staff could have been a little more friendlier. We were unsure of where to park when we first arrived as the lot seemed full. We didn't realize there was more parking in the back but the staff didn't let us know this. Our room was spacious and clean; however one of the lampshades was cracked with stains on it. Also the elvator was filthy-fingerprints all over the inside and food on the floor. Overall it was an OK place to stay the night, but we probably would look to stay elsewhere next time. "

"My daughter loved the slide at the pool, and I loved the hot tub it’s long with plenty of room. Restaurant variety’s nearby always a bonus."

"Suite spacieuse et propre. Grand bain tourbillon face à la télévision. Foyer décevant car difficile à trouver le fonctionnement (3 boutons!) et ne projette aucune lumière. Personnel courtois. Déjeuner bien, mais très simple."

"Check-in was very slow. The room smelled like cigarettes. The following morning they lost the power and no staff was there to help their customers at all. I had to find the fire escape to get out of the building myself, and had to leave voicemail to tell them where I left the key since no one was there at all."

"Everything was good , very clean place , no complaints, receptionist lady in Saturday afternoon was very nice , we was 2 couples and we got 2 rooms close , on the same floor . For sure we gonna be back !"
